40 goals in 12 games and 8 points clear at the top of the Premier League shows just how dominant Manchester City have been in the opening third of this campaign.
Yet choosing which City players to put in your side is as frustrating as ever and the striker situation is almost unbearable at the moment if you own Sergio Aguero.

So today, we are asking… just how do you maximise Manchester City players in your FPL side.
Game Week 13 is just a couple of days away (it starts on Friday this week remember) and City face a trip to Huddersfield who last week conceded 4 goals at Bournemouth just 2 weeks after conceding 3 at Liverpool. Admittedly, their home form has been better than their away form and we did see a slight stutter from City in midweek against Feyenoord… BUT… come on… this is going to be a 6 nil… isn’t it?
Either way, City are looking dominant and we want to take maximum advantage so how do we play it.
There is no denying that the attack in better than the defence for Man City but they have still managed 50% clean sheets in their opening 12 games. Otamendi returns from suspension this week and with John Stones missing through injury there could be space for Mangala who played in the Champions League and who is available for just £5m.
There is certainly no requirement to have a city defender but if you can afford Otamendi then he is a very decent shout as he is a danger in the box from set pieces. With the quality of delivery from their more creative players he will probably score a few more before the season is out.
